• To use the services of LakbimaHub.lk, you must create a personal student account.

• You are responsible for all activities under your account; therefore, you must keep your password secure.

• If you become aware of anyone using your account without your authorization, you must notify the office immediately with the relevant details.

• For your convenience, we may create a WhatsApp group, which you are expected to join.

• Within the WhatsApp group, you must refrain from sharing content unrelated to the course or its community.

• Members must collaborate cooperatively with each other within the WhatsApp group.

2. Course Registration and Access

• All information provided during registration must be true and accurate. The institution reserves the right to take legal action regarding the provision of false information.

• All learning content on LakbimaHub.lk (videos, text, projects, etc.) is the intellectual property of Lakbima Digital Ocean. Any form of reproduction, sale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

• Some courses have specific completion deadlines. Access to the course will be lost after this deadline. (This varies depending on the chosen course).

• For some courses, a minimum online lecture attendance record of 80% is required to be eligible for a certificate. (This varies depending on the chosen course).

3. Payment Policies

• We have introduced several payment methods for students. When a payment is made via the online banking method, the student will be automatically registered for their desired course.

• Course fees are non-refundable after payment.

• After purchasing products and items, the payment is non-refundable; however, it is possible to exchange for another available item if needed.

• Before making a payment, you should obtain a clear understanding of the content and learning method by viewing the free introductory lectures/demonstration videos or reviewing the course details.

• A separate fee is applicable for obtaining a certificate.

4. Student Conduct and Responsibilities

• This platform is to be used for educational purposes only. Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

• When submitting projects or assignments requested by instructors, they must be your own original work. Plagiarism is strictly monitored and such activities are prohibited.

• Violation of these terms may result in the temporary or permanent deactivation of your account without prior notice.

5. Technical Details

• Video content for each course module is limited to 7 views. Exceeding this limit will result in the loss of access to that module. Reactivation may be subject to an additional fee.

6. Purchasing of Products and Items

• When purchasing products and items, you must select and purchase only the items you require.

• Each product has a specific warranty period, which is stated in the product description section.

• To claim the warranty, the product must be returned to us and must not have any external damage.

• The final decision regarding the approval or denial of a warranty claim rests with our institution.

LakbimaHub.lk, provided by Lakbima Digital Ocean, offers e-learning services to which the above Terms and Conditions apply. By using the services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
